How it works

There is one permanent spot on the internet.

One person holds it at a time. Their message is the only thing on the page.

The first message costs $1. To take the spot, you must bid at least $1 more than the current holder paid. You can bid higher to make yourself harder to displace.

The moment someone outbids you, your message moves into the history below — permanently. It will never be deleted.

Usernames are claimed once, forever. You cannot reuse a name that has ever held the spot.

All payments are final. Once your message is confirmed and live, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded. By submitting, you accept this condition.

There are no accounts, no followers, no likes. Just a message, a username, and a price.

Every person who has ever held the spot is recorded. The history only grows. Nothing is ever erased.

The question the site asks is simple: how much is it worth to you to be here, right now?

Content is moderated automatically. Messages that contain links, hate speech, explicit material, threats, or personal information are rejected before publication. We are not responsible for any message that passes moderation and is later found to be objectionable — report issues to the address below.

We are not responsible for financial losses arising from outbidding, failed claims, or changes in the minimum price between the time you prepare and confirm a payment. All transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
